Custom Orders

  • All custom orders are made based on the design, size, and colour specifications provided by the customer.

  • Once a custom design is approved, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

3. Order Process

  • Orders can be placed through our website.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

  • For custom designs, you may receive a proof for approval before production.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in £ and are subject to change without notice.

  • Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout.

5. Turnaround and Shipping

  • Standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days, not including shipping.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

6. Returns and Refunds

Custom Products

  • Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of defects or production errors.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo documentation.

Non-Custom Products

  • May be returned within 30 days of receipt in unused and original condition.

  • Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
