Terms & Conditions – The Vinyl Berry

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services provided by The Vinyl Berry.

By placing an order or requesting a quote, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Orders & Quotes

All orders are made to order based on the information provided by the customer.

Quotes are provided based on your requirements and are valid for a limited time. Prices may change if details are altered after the quote is issued.

2. Artwork & Proof Approval

Customers must provide suitable artwork (e.g. logos, designs).

  • We will check artwork for basic quality suitability

  • A proof will be provided before production

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check and approve all details (spelling, layout, sizing, etc.)

Once approval is given, The Vinyl Berry is not responsible for any errors.

3. Payment

  • Payment is required before production begins

  • No work will be started until payment has been received

  • Prices are agreed prior to payment and include the agreed scope of work

​

4. Production & Turnaround

Typical turnaround times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on workload and order size.

We will always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

5. Delivery

  • Standard delivery charge of £4.99 

  • Free delivery is offered on orders over £120

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers

  • Risk transfers to the customer once items have been dispatched

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns for custom-made items unless faulty

  • If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe

We will work with you to resolve any issues where appropriate.

7. Colour & Appearance

Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen differences

  • Material types

  • Printing processes

We aim to match designs as closely as possible but cannot guarantee exact colour matching.

​

8. Use of Images

We may use photos of completed work for marketing and promotional purposes (e.g. website or social media), unless the customer requests otherwise.

​

9. Liability

The Vinyl Berry will not be held liable for:

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Misapplication of supplied signage or decals

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

​

10. Changes to Orders

Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and delays.
