Returns & Refund Policy – The Vinyl Berry

At The Vinyl Berry, all products are custom-made to order. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom-Made Items

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made items unless they are faulty or incorrect

  • This includes workwear, signage, decals, and any items made using your supplied design or specifications

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not as agreed:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Offer a suitable resolution where appropriate

3. Proof Approval Responsibility

Before production, you will receive a design proof for approval.

By approving the proof, you confirm that:

  • All details are correct (including spelling, layout, sizing, and design)

We are not responsible for errors once approval has been given.

4. Colour & Finish Variations

Please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences and materials

  • Minor variations are not considered faults

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

  • Changes requested after approval may not be possible or may incur additional charges

6. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
